Order processing is usually completed within 24 hours (Monday - Friday), however in peak periods it can take up to 48-72 hours. Shipping is dependent on where you are located, and orders are only dispatched once payment has been made. Our inventory gets updated 2-3 times a day, and inventory displayed on the website may not be 100% accurate. For reassurance, feel free to call us on (02) 9517 2099 so we are able to provide you the accurate stock levels.

What is your returns policy?
For garments to be eligble for returns, they must be in perfect resellable condition and in original packaging. They must also not be decorated, and be shipped to our warehouse address (Building B, 1/66 Christina Road, Villawood, NSW, 2163) that clearly states the return order number on the parcel that we have provided you. To enquire for returns, please e-mail orders@instyleapparel.com.au.
Do you offer decoration services (e.g embroidery, screen printing, relabelling etc)?
We offer a wide range of decoration services from local and international companies. We also have a seamstress in house to be able to offer relabelling services, and basic alteration services. For further information, check out our decoration services page.
